Yogi Aftab is a retired Senior Teacher with Yoga Australia, an ERYT-500 Yoga Alliance Teacher, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Energetic Healer. He is teaching yoga for over 46 years internationally and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.

Yogi Aftab has practiced and taught healing, Tantra, and Kundalini Yoga internationally for over 40 years. 

He is a Senior Level-3 member of Yoga Australia and introduced Kundalini Yoga to the Caribbean in 1973. 

He lives in Los Angeles, and we would like to welcome him back to Trinidad

Yogi Aftab is an eRYT-500 teacher specializing in Kundalini Yoga. He is teaching for over 46 years, inspiring students to go past their limitations. He discovered yoga at eleven years old and did his teacher training in 1972 under the guidance of Yogi Bhajan. He was the first one to teach yoga in the 70's in the Caribbean on radio and first to teach Kundalini in South America. He also taught in Europe and Australia and is here now with us in Columbus.

Yogi Aftab is an eRYT-500 teacher specializing in Kundalini Yoga. His teaching career span for more than 46 years of inspiring students to go pass their limitations in Europe, Australia, South America, the US and the Caribbean. At eleven years old he discovered Yoga, then under the guidance of Yogi Bhajan he did his teacher training in 1972 at one of his Ashrams in Arizona. He is a strict vegetarian, likes to make herbal tinctures, does energetic healing, enjoys chanting, and loves cold showers.
