🌊 The sea is calling you... 🌊

This immersive sound experience will take you on a journey to a coastal paradise and deep into the ocean's depths. After some light stretching to prepare the body for full relaxation, you will be led in a relaxing guided visualization, then plunged into a world of healing sounds from sacred instruments, such as the gong, handpans, drums, singing bowls, and more. These sounds will soothe your mind and body, and the sounds of natural ocean waves will nourish your soul. This healing space is designed for YOUR needs, allowing you to simply float and relax in the waves, or to dive deeper for inward exploration. Join us in letting the music and natural sounds of the sea help you drift away on waves of bliss.

Please bring any props that will help you get as comfortable as possible. Yoga mats and bolsters are available. You are welcome to bring other pillows, blankets, eye pillows/masks, etc.
