Over time, this stress affects our perception, decision-making, and relationships. Further, we can find it difficult to allow ourselves the time and space needed to relax; if we even know where to begin.
This series of sound journeys is focused on creating a relaxing space to help you access your inner sanctuary. We will begin with a slow, restorative yoga flow that is accompanied by beautiful sounds to release tension and stress from the body. Then, you will be treated to a luscious soundscape, played with the most gentle and pure intention. Flowing melody, comforting harmony, grounded rhythm, played from the heart.
