"The dance of the wind" or Belly Dancing is a very unique type of dance focusing on the pelvis. It actually has various benefits, which include:
• Improving concentration. With this dance, you really have to be "in the zone" so that you can focus on all of the movements.
• Belly Dancing is a full-body workout; you are working out your muscles in various parts of your body, improving your flexibility, and doing cardio all at the same time.
• Most importantly, Belly Dancing improves your posture. To get a bit more specific, the hip and spine's placement is crucial since the hip protects the lumbar. The more you belly dance and overtime, the longer your back will be in a good position.
